It's terrible that not only are we comparing the same game on old & next gen hardware (brand new supposed next gen machine as opposed to 7yr old hardware), but we are flat out grasping at straws to find any areas where the 7 year newer machine shines or betters the 7yr older tech.

Considering NO next gen consoles have been announced yet, then no.....I wish Xbox 720 & PS4 were coming out in early December this year, as at least we would actually be getting next gen machines, rather than a PS3 with a tablet-like controller, a new outer casing, & rebadging to Nintendo Wii-U.
I see no problem giving a great game a 10/10....it doesn't have to be perfect, as there is no such thing in life as perfect, everything can be improved upon, but games like GTA3, GTA:SA, MGS4, Halo 1, Mario 64, Unchartered 2 & plenty more examples are 10 worthy games, & deserve perfect scores, simply because they are amongst the MOST perfect examples of there game genre & gaming in general available at that time.

It has excellent visuals, & the story so far, is great.
